Convenient stay with room for improvement

Great location right by Monastiraki Square! The modern shower was a highlight, but frequent street noise made sleep difficult. For a peaceful night, request a room not facing the street. Breakfast offered delicious options. Beware the confusing addresses. Check-in at 95 Ermou to avoid hassle.

Choose queen room with jacuzzi, excellent view, the hot tub. Fab food served, like fresh bread and pastries. Magnificent location in Athens, really friendly and affable staff at the reception desk.

Utterly shocked by the terrible service at this so-called 4-star inn. The broken toilet seat was just hilarious, but that's okay, right? Who needs soundproofing when you have guests blabbing outside? I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade as compensation, but alas, that didn't happen. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Loved the hotel, it is perfect and fairly clean, has unbeatable and nice location close to the centre. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was hot with view of the Acropolis and sweet options for everyone, as example. The service was excellent in my opinion.

The layout was awkward, with the shower head too close to the curtain leading to occasional messes in the large shower. Accessing the rooms involved crossing a busy street from the check-in area, dragging luggage along.

The location was ideal, being a short 2-minute walk from Monastiraki Square and close to shopping and metro stations, with access to the city's key attractions. The breakfast served was also good and offered a well-appointed selection of options, further enhancing my experience.

Finding the hotel can be confusing due to the different addresses for the main hotel and the annex.

Accessing the rooms required crossing a busy street from the reception, which could be inconvenient, especially with luggage. Street noise was sometimes intrusive, particularly in the mornings, but I managed to sleep well thanks to the comfortable bed.

great location but room noise can be an issue

The staff reminded me of family, always ready to help with local tips and questions. The free airport shuttle was a huge relief and made for a seamless arrival. I loved enjoying my breakfast on the balcony with a city view.

Occasional noise from nearby restaurants made it hard to get a good night's sleep at times.

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying a fantastic shower experience in my spacious room and an amazing breakfast spread every morning. The wellness options like the soothing foot massage and relaxing head massage were a perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. The room could be a bit noisy from other guests, but it didn't ruin my overall great vibe here 😊
